Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy should be read with the applicable proposal, Service Terms, and Digital Service Voucher Terms.
Before work begins
A customer may request cancellation before AOTech starts work. Approved refunds may be reduced by non-refundable processor charges, third-party purchases made with approval, or work already performed.
After work begins
Fees for completed work, reserved time, approved expenses, custom purchases, and delivered milestones are not refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in the applicable order.
Digital Service Vouchers
A voucher is prepaid value for eligible AOTech services. It is not automatically redeemable for cash. Refund requests are reviewed under the voucher terms, applicable law, whether the voucher has been used, and whether AOTech has already incurred costs.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email info@aotech.biz with the order reference, purchase email, reason, and relevant evidence. Do not send card details. AOTech will acknowledge the request and may ask for identity or transaction verification.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical. Bank and processor timing is outside AOTech’s control.
