Digital Service Voucher Terms

The AOTech Digital Service Voucher is prepaid value that may be applied only to eligible AOTech services approved at the time of redemption.

What the voucher is

• Prepaid value for eligible AOTech services.
• Governed by these terms, the Service Terms, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Usable only for services AOTech confirms are eligible.

What the voucher is not

• It is not cryptocurrency, a security, or an investment.
• It does not earn interest and does not promise appreciation.
• It is not automatically redeemable for cash unless required by law or expressly stated in policy.

Purchase and payment confirmation

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. A browser return page is not proof of payment. AOTech treats an order as paid only after receiving and verifying the relevant signed Stripe notification.

Use and limitations

The voucher may be applied up to its remaining value. Additional service fees may be due where the chosen service costs more. Vouchers may not be resold, exchanged, used for unlawful activity, or combined with an unsupported promotion.

Refunds and support

Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the published policy and applicable law. Contact info@aotech.biz with the safe order reference; never send card details.
