Service Terms
These terms apply to software development, website development, IT consulting, network engineering, cloud solutions, CCTV and security technology, graphics and branding, and other services AOTech LLC agrees to provide in writing.
Scope and proposals
The scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, dependencies, and acceptance criteria for a project are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written order. Work outside that scope requires written agreement and may change pricing or delivery dates.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate requirements, timely access, approvals, lawful content, and any third-party accounts or licences identified in the proposal. Delays in these inputs may affect delivery.
Payments and ownership
Payment schedules are stated in the applicable order. Unless agreed otherwise, custom deliverables transfer after full payment, while AOTech and third parties retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, licensed components, and general know-how.
Changes, warranties, and support
Change requests are assessed before work begins. AOTech will correct reproducible defects that fail agreed acceptance criteria during any written warranty period. Maintenance, hosting, monitoring, and support are included only when stated in writing.
Acceptable and lawful use
Services may not be used to violate law, third-party rights, security controls, or provider terms. AOTech may suspend work that presents a material legal, safety, or security risk.
